All machines have a 6 hour minimum charge.
 All attachments have a  1 hour minimum charge.  

 

All float charges will be charged per job site.

FLOAT CHARGES RATE + GST

 Bobcat

$150.00 up to 30kms from base.

 3.5 Tonne Excavator

$150.00 up to 30kms from base.
Bobcat & 3.5 tonne excavator at once $200.00 up to 30kms from base.
Float charges outside the 30kms from base will be charged
an additional rate of $50 per 30kms.
PAYMENT TERMS

    RESIDENTIAL:

·         Payment is required IN FULL at completion of works including any fees accrued by variation, additional works (incl. soil removal) other than stated in quotation; either by cash or cheque. ID must be provided and recorded by Brennan’s Excavations when accepting payment by Cheque.

    CIVIL:

·         Payment is required within seven (7) days from date of issue on invoice; unless authorisation is given in writing prior to works commencing from Brennan’s Excavations Accounts Department. Accounts available upon application.

    LATE PAYMENTS:

·           Late payment fee of $150 per day will be charged until final balance is paid in full.

·           Should we engage in legal representation, a collection agency or an application to the small claims court to recover outstanding monies; a $110.00 administration fee plus interest at the currently applicable “Fair Trading” rate shall be applied from the due date, plus any additional recovery costs that we may incur.
